Vehicle user:
The vehicle you rented can only be used by the person / persons written in the contract and the delivery form. No insurance coverage is valid for any damage that may occur if third parties not specified in the aforementioned documents use the vehicle. You can contact us to add a vehicle user. Maximum 2 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle . The age and driving license conditions applicable to vehicle groups also apply to additional drivers.
Receiving Your Booking Vehicle:
In order to receive the vehicle you have booked, you must have the following documents at the time of delivery of the vehicle, have it with you at the time of delivery and submit it when requested.
1) Republic of Turkey and Turkish citizens for driver given by the competent authorities Belges
2-) A credit card issued in the name of the renter (double credit card is required in some vehicle groups)
3-) An invoice (telecom, water, electricity, etc.)
4) Turks living abroad or foreign individuals, during delivery, next valid driver's license, passport original and a stamp indicating that they made a new entry to Turkey are controlled.
Repeatcar uses the electronic commerce V-POS infrastructure of the relevant banks, whose security is approved by the contracted banks and supported by 3-D secure payment. For this reason, it is imperative that your credit card, which you will use during the rental, be open to internet shopping.
Vehicle delivery is not made to persons who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions and who do not have their driver's license and credit cards with them at the time of delivery, despite their reservations. In such a case, the cancellation and refund conditions are exactly valid. No refunds are made.
Fuel :
You have to deliver the vehicle at the fuel level you received.
If you return with Missing Fuel, the fuel fee and the service fee will be charged.
No refund will be made in case of excess fuel.
Returns to Different Branch:
It is possible to return your vehicle to a different branch than the one you rented. In this case, a one-way fee is charged.
Going Abroad:
The insurance of our vehicles is not valid abroad. You can contact our branches to get the necessary permissions and guarantees.
Rental Period:
Our vehicles are charged for at least 24 hours a day, 30 days per month.
Extension of time :
If you request to use the vehicle longer than the date specified in the contract, you must contact our branches and extend the rental period.
In case the vehicle is brought late without extension, delay fees are charged with 100% increase.
Duration Shortening:
If you request to return the vehicle earlier than the date specified in the contract, you should contact our branches and shorten the rental period.
In terms of shortening the time, deductions are made in accordance with the reservation cancellation and change rules.
No Show:
Your vehicle will take 60 minutes from the delivery time specified in your reservation. It is kept ready in our branches throughout.
If the vehicle is not received within the specified period, the vehicle will not be guaranteed.
In case of any delay, you can make your payment by contacting our branches in order not to lose your vehicle warranty.
Your reservation in No Show status will be canceled after 4 hours without any refund, even if the payment has been made.

Our insurance coverage may vary in terms of prices and campaigns.
Against any damage that may occur, your vehicle is covered by the (CDW)Collition Damage Waiver with Excess insurance coverage.
The additional collaterals you can receive in addition to your existing collaterals are summarized below.
(MDW)Mini Damage Waiver :
It ensures that scratches that are not related to collision and that may occur on the outer part of the vehicle (such as small scratches in the parking lot up to 20cm diameter that may occur in a single part of the vehicle)
(SMDW) Super Mini Damage Waiver:
It ensures the scratches that are not related to collision and that may occur on the outer part of the vehicle, the cracks and tire splits that may occur on the glass of the vehicle (such as small scratches in the parking lot up to 40cm diameter that may occur in a single part of the vehicle, splitting in one tire and cracks that may occur in one of the glasses, etc.)
(SECW)Super Excess Cover Waiver:
By Accepting to Purchase Super Excess Cover Waiver The Renter can eliminate the risk ofany responsibility of excess charger and the renter pays nothinh providing that the renter obtains an official accident report and alcoholtest.

Important warning !
In order for your insurance to be valid in case of any damage, you need to get an accident report and alcohol report by notifying the traffic police or traffic gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle from the accident site.
In traffic accidents involving more than one vehicle resulting in material damage only, if the persons involved in the accident agree with the manner of the accident, a "material damage accident report" can be issued.
If the vehicle is stolen, a theft detection report should be obtained by contacting the police. The key of the vehicle must be delivered to us with the report received.
Age and license year conditions:
The minimum age and driver's license year information related to vehicle groups are shown on the vehicle reservation page.
It is the user's responsibility to check that these conditions are met.
Vehicle mileage limits:
Daily and monthly rental mileage limits depending on vehicle groups are shown on the vehicle reservation page.
The current mileage price is charged for use above the specified kilometers.
Security Fee:
During the lease, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups are collected from your credit card, except for the car rental fee. Depending on your index score and your financial status on the report date, the collateral amounts may be applied differently at the time of vehicle delivery. If the vehicle is received completely and undamaged, the said guarantee will be fully refunded to your card within 26 days at the latest.
In order to rent the vehicle, you must be able to present a credit card registered in your name during the rental. It is not possible to use the car rental service with a credit card that is not on behalf of the renter.
Cancellation and change of reservation:
Early Booking offers:
In early booking campaigns, only the rental start date and time can be shortened towards the rental end date. No refund can be made.
Prepaid reservations:
In your prepaid reservations, in addition to the changes you can make in early booking campaigns, you can change the vehicle group. Some changes may cause price differences.
Your reservation, the beginning of the rental;
- If you cancel 1-3 days before, the fee will not be refunded.
- If you cancel 3-7 days before, 50% of the rental fee,
- 75% of the rental fee if you cancel 8-15 days,
- If you cancel 16-30 days before, 90% of the rental fee,
- If you cancel for more than 31 days, the entire rental fee will be refunded.
Pay-after bookings:
No cancellation or change fee is charged for later paid reservations. Some changes may cause price differences.
For reservations you have paid, the rental fee will be refunded to your credit card 1 month after the date of cancellation, for security reasons.
If a prepaid reservation is made although it does not meet the conditions specified in these rental conditions, such as age, driver's license, credit card, and the like, the above-mentioned cancellation and return terms and conditions will be exactly valid. If such a situation is detected at the time of delivery, it is considered as a last minute cancellation and no refund will be made.
